Introduction of Spraying:

produce bubble defects; The drying temperature should not be too
high, otherwise the conversion film will lose too much crystal
water, resulting in film looseness and reduced coating adhesion;
According to the different formulas of chromizing process, the
drying temperature is generally controlled between 60 ~ 120 ℃;

atomizes the powder in the air with the help of compressed air.
When the compressed air contains oil and water, the powder will be
damped, resulting in the deterioration of the charge and
atomization of the powder, affecting the thickness and uniformity

pinholes, will be produced due to the boiling evaporation of oil
and water during curing; Dust and other mechanical impurities not
only lead to the deterioration of the appearance quality of the
